President Trump Frustrated After Yates and Clapper Hearing Takes to Twitter

After watching the hearing of former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, President Donald Trump took to social media to release his frustrations.

In a series of tweets, Trump tweeted what many of us were feeling after watching the hearing which predictably had the Democrats still searching for a way to explain why Hillary lost the presidential race.

Trump first spoke of Clapper and indicated that there is “no evidence” of collusion with Russia and Trump.”

Next, Trump indicated that Yates “made the fake media extremely unhappy today” because she only repeated old news.

Trump again addressed the fact that “The Russia-Trump collusion story is a total hoax” and wondered when this “taxpayer funded charade” would end.

Finally, Trump tweeted that the “Biggest story today between Clapper & Yates is on surveillance” and questioned why the media wouldn’t report on it.

After watching the hearing myself, I was left with the following impressions:

Democrats inferred a connection between Trump and Russia in hopes that the American public would believe it to be the “truth.”

Democrats are hoping that former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn will be indicted for his connections with Russia.

That Trump will be implicated for “covering up” Flynn’s “illegal activities” because Trump kept Flynn on for 18 days after allegedly being told by Yates that Flynn was a security risk.

Yates believed she had more authority than the President of the U.S. in making the decision to not enforce Trump’s executive order.

Democrats still want a special prosecutor to prove that Russia and Trump caused Hillary to lose the election.

No one wanted to talk about the “elephant” in the room named “surveillance.”

Clapper hated being there.

And, finally, Monday’s hearing was a total waste of taxpayer time and money.
