The Left is intolerant of change, especially when it involves President Donald Trump.
Take for example the reaction about the latest modification in Trump’s administration.
Trump announced last week that former Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly would be replacing Reince Priebus as White House Chief of Staff.
Some on the Left couldn’t hold back their obvious “fears” and loathing for the military.
These irrational liberal fears often translate into good news for conservatives, however.
Here are the top THREE reasons why retired General John Kelly was the right choice to become White House Chief of Staff.
Reason number one: Democratic Rep. Barbara Lee and those on the Left won’t be able to easily manipulate him because of his military experience and discipline.
Democratic Rep. Barbara Lee of Calif. recently tweeted: “By putting Gen John Kelly in charge, Pres Trump is militarizing the White House & putting our executive branch in the hands of an extremist.”

According to her Twitter profile, Lee indicates she is a “Progressive Democrat’ who is working to promote economic & racial justice, peace & human rights in the US & abroad.”
She’s most likely concerned that Kelly will interfere with her “progressive” ideologies and policies. Anything that Kelly does will be seen as “extremist” behavior to her because most “progressives” fear the military’s intellect.
Reason number two that Kelly is an excellent choice:
Former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta was interviewed Sunday on ABC’s “The Week” about Kelly’s new role.
Podesta immediately went to the Left’s “Russia narrative” and said that Kelly would need to protect the Department of Justice from the president.
Why would Podesta make that statement?
Many have been speculating that Trump could fire U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions or better yet, move him into Kelly’s vacated position to become the next Secretary of Homeland Security.
This could allow for some potential strategic moves by Trump’s administration in regards to Mueller’s future.
If Sessions was out of the way and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was either fired or resigned, Trump’s nominee, Associate Attorney General Rachel Brand, who was confirmed in March, would be next in line to make decisions for the Department of Justice.
Brand could possibly act to limit the scope of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation or she could fire him altogether.
Podesta and others on the Left would love nothing more than for the “conflict of interest” riddled Mueller to continue his investigation through midterm elections and the 2020 Presidential election.
Reason number three that proves Trump made the right decision in choosing Kelly as his Chief of Staff and it may be the best reason of all.
It’s obvious that Kelly’s new role will be an extremely important one.
Essentially, he will become the right hand man of the President who will undertake many duties. These duties may include advising the President, selecting and supervising staff, being the ‘gatekeeper’ should someone wish to communicate with the President and perhaps most importantly, negotiating with Congress and others to implement the President’s objectives.
That being said, many groups who know that Kelly is not a pushover, due to his many military achievements and the great job he did in the Department of Homeland Security pertaining to illegal immigration, will not like the fact that Kelly is now in an even stronger key role in the Trump administration.
One of those groups is none other than the Council on American-Islamic Relations in New York or CAIR, who were among the first to tweet their concerns: “We condemn John F. Kelly’s islamaphobic ideology in the strongest possible terms.”

Many would agree that CAIR’s opposition to Kelly is the ABSOLUTE best reason why Trump’s choice of Kelly as Chief of Staff is so awesome!
