Obama’s former DOJ Eric Holder Warns GOP Not to Remove Mueller

On Thursday, former Attorney General Eric Holder, claiming to speak on “behalf of the vast majority” of Americans, warned Republicans in Congress that “any attempt to remove Bob Mueller,” the special counsel appointed to investigate all things Russia, would “not be tolerated.”

Holder tweeted:

“Speaking on behalf of the vast majority of the American people, Republicans in Congress be forewarned: any attempt to remove Bob Mueller will not be tolerated. These are BS attacks on him/his staff that are blatantly political-designed to hide the read wrongdoing. Country not party”

Seemingly worried about all of the conflicts of interest, appearances of impropriety and biased text messages that have been exposed recently, Holder may feel the need to protect the interests of the “deep state” by protecting his “Uranium One” former FBI Director Robert Mueller from being removed.

Many have questioned Mueller’s appointment due to his conflicts of interest in having worked for the Obama administration (during which time Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State and Holder was DOJ), his long-term friendship and working relationship with former FBI Director James Comey and more recently, his choice of individuals to staff the Russian investigation team.

Top FBI agent Peter Strzok’s bias on the case is of great concern to the GOP, as well, due to his many text messages which allegedly show a pro-Hillary, anti-Trump slant.

Other members of Mueller’s team such as Bruce Ohr, senior justice department official allegedly concealed his meetings with the men involved in the anti-Trump “dossier” and it was recently discovered that his wife was hired to probe Trump for Fusion GPS, the research firm involved with the “dossier”.

Additional biased team members have also garnered the attention of Republican congress members due to statements they reportedly made which show an anti-Trump prejudice, a member who represented the Clinton Foundation and others on the team who made donations to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

It is safe to say that if this plagued investigation by the special counsel and his team were examining Democrat involvement instead of the Trump administration, Holder and others of his ilk would be calling for the immediate removal of Mueller and his team members.

However, the shoe is not on the other foot and Holder wants to make sure it stays that way.

Keeping a compromised investigation going, one that has already cost the American public millions, is obviously what the Democrats hope to see continue, right up through the 2020 election.

And as expected would be the case, Rosenstein concluded on Wednesday that there was no “good cause” to remove Mueller, the man Rosenstein worked with during the Obama administration when Mueller was FBI Director and Holder was attorney general.

No, no good cause at all, right?

In fact, maybe Rosenstein could appoint Holder to investigate possible issues related to Uranium One and Hillary Clinton emails.

I’m sure there wouldn’t be any conflicts with that appointment either, right? Certainly not if you’re a democrat.

Holder who is now in private practice as an attorney in his own firm doesn’t speak for most Americans I know.

In fact, he didn’t speak for most Americans when he was attorney general either.

However, his almost “threatening” message that “any attempt to remove Bob Mueller will not be tolerated” sounds like Holder may have forgotten that he is no longer the head of the Department of Justice under the Obama administration.

His former boss has the same problem in not realizing that he is the “former” and not the current President.

As a private citizen, if you would indulge me, please let me speak on behalf of myself and for the vast majority of the American public when I say, the American public wants justice to be served!

Nothing legitimate will ever be served by an investigation that was “irredeemably compromised” from the beginning, as Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch has said on many occasions.

As for Holder, he can crawl back into the swamp and take his veiled threats with him.
