(Video) Don’t Expect to ‘Have It Your Way’ At This Ohio Burger King

Remember the days when you could place an order at Burger King and expect to be treated with respect?

It wasn’t too long ago when Burger King’s jingle announced “Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce. Special Orders don’t upset us. All we ask is that you let us serve it your way,” all because they wanted to provide great customer service so you could “Have it your way!”

Well, that’s no longer the case today or at least not in Heath, Ohio at one Burger King location.

According to WSYX, customer Lizzie Ramsey thought she’d order some breakfast for herself, her husband’s co-worker and her family in a Burger King drive-thru.

When she attempted to order, Ramsey says the drive-thru worker gave her a total, three times before Ramsey could complete her order.

Finally, the worker allegedly told Ramsey to “hurry up” even though no one was in the line behind her car, Ramsey said.

Ramsey, through with being insulted, parked her car so that she could go into the restaurant and complain to the manager about the rude behavior of the worker.

Ramsey, her husband, his co-worker and two young kids parked and went inside.

Much to the surprise of Ramsey, the rude worker turned out to be the manager.

The video with many expletives appears to show the manager cussing at Ramsey and those accompanying her. At one point, the manager orders them to leave.

Ramsey videotaped the incident and shared it on social media where it has been viewed more than 358,000 times.

When the incident was later reported to corporate, Ramsey says she received an apology gift card.

A reporter from WSYX asked to speak with the manager and was told she was unavailable.

He also reports that calls to the Burger King headquarters in Miami have not been returned.

Don’t expect to have it your way at this location! Better yet, find a McDonald’s?
