The ‘Memo’, that nearly everyone was waiting for after it was first announced by House Intel Committee Co-chair Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., was finally released last week. While President Donald Trump tweeted that he was vindicated, the Democrats offered a different message which implied, “You’ve been Warned, Mr. President, don’t do it.”
Trump tweeted on Sunday that “This memo totally vindicates “Trump” in probe. But the Russian Witch Hunt goes on and on. Their was no Collusion and there was no Obstruction (the word now used because, after one year of looking endlessly and finding NOTHING, collusion is dead). This is an American disgrace!”

While many Americans, especially those on the Right agree with Trump, the Left set about “warning” Trump that he had better not fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein because of what the memo alleged Rosenstein had done.
The memo indicates that the FBI and DOJ obtained a FISA warrant which focused on campaign foreign policy advisor Carter Page. The FISA court required that the warrant be re-approved every 90 days. Apparently, it was Rosenstein along with others who sought authorization for Page to continued to be electronically surveilled.
Many believe that Rosenstein should go and want Trump to fire him.
Rep. Adam Schiff, D-California, told CNN on Friday, “I’m very concerned about it. There’s no telling what this President is capable of,” when asked what he thought about the possibility of Trump firing Rosenstein.
Schiff believes Trump may feel he can’t fire special counsel Robert Mueller and instead would remove Rosenstein.
Schiff said, “The reason it might be better to fire the boss is Rod Rosenstein sets the investigation. If he can find his own person, a yes man, and he can tell Bob Mueller, ‘You can’t look into money laundering, you can’t look into this or that,’ that would be a serious way, a surreptitious way to limit this investigation.”
On Sunday, the Left managed to dig up former CIA Director Leon Panetta who warned Trump against firing Rosenstein or Mueller.
Panetta, who has come out from time to time, specifically to target Trump said:
“If he tries to go after them and tries to somehow appear to be obstructing the process that’s involved in this investigation; he’s going to hurt himself. But more importantly, he’s going to hurt the country.”
Only when the Left wants to push an agenda are they interested in what might “hurt the country.”
Many believe that the entire Mueller investigation rests upon a false narrative initiated by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign who paid for a dossier, written by Christopher Steele, a man who, according to the recently released memo had “…anti-Trump financial and ideological motivations.”
No court or legal authority in its right mind would authorize an investigation based on such contrived evidence.
But you can bet, if Trump moves to fire Rosenstein, the Left will claim that he is once again “obstructing justice” and should be impeached.
One way that Rosenstein could be removed without it coming from the President, is for the American public to demand that he resign or be fired.
A campaign must be started similar to the #ReleaseTheMemo campaign that trended on Twitter before the House Intel Committee took the unusual steps to release the memo to the public.
If Rosenstein stays, look for the Left to continue to “threaten” the President over any action that appears to involve Rosenstein’s removal from his position and the end to Mueller’s investigation.
